Raubjunge lives in Karlsruhe, but always carries a piece of Düsseldorf in his pocket, the place of his artistic blossoming. There he first sharked but eventually jockeyed the decks of the infamous Salon des Amateurs. His selection of records follows an associative line through different genres and sound aesthetics, without lingering for too long at any one point. A lot of fragile early 80s computer rhythms, psychedelic echoing vocals, vibrant latin and african percussion; a room of darkness and occultism suddenly lit up and revived by flashes of neon light.
Look into the eyes of the Blue Tiger and you will see a reflection of your naked soul. Feel the fright, but don't flee from it. Accept what you find. Become a Blue Tiger yourself.

"Seducing Pop" is a collection of pop-song intros that have been cut and clued together into a new piece. Usually pop tries to seduce us; now the conditions are reversed. The pop intros are freed from the shackles of kitsch and perfection and released into a new autonomy.
The piece is based on a field recording workshop with Emika in a bunker in Aachen in 2011. The speech sequences, as a random byproduct, From was extracted from the recordings. These vocal fragments are placed in a musical structure that leads to a new conversation - a conversation without rules, without reference with cross fire!
An experimental music video that plays with the perception of time to provide the most all-encompassing, synesthetic experience possible.
